Çılbır


Poached Eggs with Yoghurt

Ingredients
Egg 
Yoghurt
Garlic, mashed
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Butter
Water

Preparation
Put water in a frying-pan. When the water starts to boil, bring it down to medium heat. Then break egg into the water gently. Cook it about 3-4 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to take it into a plate. Mix garlic, yoghurt and salt; and pour it on the poached egg.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce as follows. Melt butter in a frying-pan. When it sizzles, add red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for 20 seconds. When it becomes ready, pour it on to the top of the poached eggs & yoghurt.

Hazirlanisi
Bir tavaya suyu koyup, kaynatin. Kaynadiktan sonra, ocagin altini yarima alip, tavanin icine yumurtayi nazikce kirin. Yumurtanin orta yumusaklikta olmasi icin 3-4 dakika suda pisirin. Yumurtalar pisince, bir kevgir yardimi ile suyunu suzdurdugunuz yumurtalari servis tabagina alin. Uzerine sarimsakli yogurdu (ve tuz ile birlikte) dokun.

Diger taraftan, bir tavada tereyagini eritin. Yag kizinca, icine kirmizi toz biberleri ekleyin ve 20 saniye kadar kavurun. Sos hazir olunca, onu yumurtali yogurdun uzerine dokun.
