Patatesli Kek


Potato Cake

Ingredients
2 Potatoes, 
1 Onion
1+1/2 cup of flour
10 gr baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup of yoghurt
1/2 cup of oil (I used sunflower oil)
Dill (optional)
Sesame seeds
Nigella seeds
Salt

Method
Cut potatoes and onion into very small pieces and set aside. 

Whisk eggs. Add in yoghurt and oil, keep on whisking. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add in this flour-mixture slowly, stirring. Last, add potatoes and onions. Mix well.

Pour the mixture in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees.

Hazirlanisi
Patatesleri ve sogani kucuk kucuk dograyip, bir kenara alin.

Yumurtalari cirpin. Yogurt ve yagi, cirparak yumurtalara karistirin. Bir baska kasede, un, kabartma tozu ve tuzu karistirin. Bu un karisimini, yavas bir bicimde sivi karisima karistirarak ekleyin. Son olarak patatesleri ve soganlari da ekleyip, iyice karistirin.

Harci, yaglanmis bir firin tepsisine dokun. Uzerine susam ve corek otu serpin. Onceden isitilmis 200C derece firinda pisirin.

    Bu sekilde yapinca, patatesler guzel pisiyor. Daha onceden, patatesleri haslayip da denemistim. Ama bu kadar guzel olmamisti.
