Frenk Soğanlı ve Peynirli Somon / Salmon with Cheese and Chives Topping


Warning: The ingredients must be fresh.

Ingredients
Dried white bread or breadcrumbs
Lemon zest
Salmon fillet
Chives
Spreadable cheese 

Method
Preheat oven to 180C degree. 
Stir finely chopped chives in spreadable cheese. And spread it on the salmon fillet. Using a food processor, crush dried bread to get breadcrumbs. Combine breadcrumbs and lemon zest. And sprinkle it on the top of the salmon. Place the salmon on a greased oven tray and roast in the oven.

Frenk sogani
Surulebilir beyaz peynir / suzme beyaz peynir

Hazirlanisi
Firini 180C dereceye ayarlayin.
Cok kucuk dogranmis Frenk soganlarini, peynire karistirin. Bu karisimi, somon filetosunun uzerine surun. Ekmegi robottan gecirin ve icine limon kabugu rendesini karistirin. Ekmek-limon kabugu karisimini somonun uzerine serpin. Somonu, yaglanmis bir firin tepsisine yerlestirip, firina verin.
