<b>Method</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Mix the flour and the sugar in a bowl. Then add the chopped butter and knead well until you obtain a smooth dough. </div>

Place the dough in a baking tin (20 cm x 20 cm). Prick the dough (you can prick it about 35 times for such a tin) with a fork. Bake it at 180C degree for 20 minutes. </div>

When the shortbread is ready, leave it to cool. Then spread the caramel on the shortbread. </div>

<b>Method</b><br />
<u>Preparing the cake</u><br />
Beat the egg yolks. Add in the sugar and continue beating. Add the cocoa powder and continue beating. In another container, beat the egg whites until they become this soft (see the picture below).<br />

Stir it until it becomes smooth. Cover a baking tray (about 35 cm x 25 cm) with baking paper. Pour the cake mixture on it. Bake it at 170C -180C degree.<br />
When the cake is baked, remove it from oven and cover it with a damp kitchen towel. Let it cool.<br />
<br />
<u>Preparing the chocolate fudge</u><br />
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add the dark chocolate and dissolve it, stirring. Add the brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Last add the milk and the vanilla essence.<br />
<br />
Pour the sauce in a bowl and keep it in fridge at least 1 hour until it becomes as thick as this:<br />

Dust a flat surface with some icing sugar. Place the cake on that icing sugar. Peel the baking paper from the cake, gently. Spread the less than half of the chocolate fudge on the cake.<br />

Using a mixer, whisk the butter and the caster sugar until the mixture becomes creamy. Stir the condensed milk and the chopped white chocolates. Then stir the flour and knead the dough. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with your fingers. But don't make it very thin (PS: You may dust the dough with little flour. this may help you to work easier). Place 2-3 raspberries on the top of the dough. </div>

Cover an oven-tray with a non-stick baking paper. Place the dough pieces on the tray (Any two dough pieces need some space between them, because of the effect of the self-raising flour, they will become bigger as they are baked). Place the tray into preheated oven with 180C degree. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges of the cookies become golden brown. When you take the tray out of the oven, the cookies will still be soft. So wait until they cool slightly, before you move them into a serving plate. </div>

Ama cok inceltmeyin (Not: Hamur kivamini bulunca, hamurun uzerine cok az un serperseniz, hamura sekil vermeniz daha kolay olacaktir). Sekil verdiginiz hamurun uzerine 2-3 frambuaz yerlestirin. </div>
